1. Be On Time
-
Arrive at least 15–30 minutes before your scheduled photo op time.
-
Photo ops run quickly and on schedule — late arrivals may forfeit their session without refund.
2. Have Your Materials Ready
-
Keep your photo op ticket (digital or printed) and badge/pass accessible and ready to scan.
-
Double-check photo op location and time on the schedule or app.
3. Respect the Talent
-
Greet guests politely, but keep conversation very brief — most photo ops are under 30 seconds.
-
No hugging, kissing, lifting, or touching without consent — always wait for the celebrity or staff to guide physical contact.
-
Do not bring gifts or notes — give those at autograph sessions if allowed.
4. Posing Etiquette
-
Ask for simple, respectful poses. Common requests include smiles, back-to-back, fists up, etc.
-
Props and signs may be allowed if pre-approved and safe.
-
Inappropriate or suggestive poses will be denied, and staff may remove you.
5. One Photo Per Ticket
-
Each ticket = one posed photo. No personal devices (phones/cameras) allowed in the photo area.
-
Group shots: 2–4 people are allowed per photo op ticket.
6. No Autographs During Photo Ops
-
Photo ops are for photos only. No signing, personalization, or selfie requests.
7. Secure Personal Belongings
-
Bags, backpacks, drinks, etc., must be placed in the designated drop-off area before entering.
-
Staff are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
8. Download and Prints
-
Your 8x10 print will be ready for pickup immediately following your photo op and is included in the photo op ticket price.
-
Digital copies of your photo are available for purchase on site for $10 and can be emailed to you immediately following your photo op.
9. Follow Staff Instructions
-
Staff are there to keep things moving and safe. Listen carefully and follow all directions.
10. Harassment = Removal
-
Any harassment of talent, staff, or attendees results in immediate ejection without refund and possible ban from future events.
