Photo Op Rules & Regulations
1. Be On Time

Arrive at least 15–30 minutes before your scheduled photo op time.

Photo ops run quickly and on schedule — late arrivals may forfeit their session without refund.
2. Have Your Materials Ready

Keep your photo op ticket (digital or printed) and badge/pass accessible and ready to scan.

Double-check photo op location and time on the schedule or app.
3. Respect the Talent

Greet guests politely, but keep conversation very brief — most photo ops are under 30 seconds.

No hugging, kissing, lifting, or touching without consent — always wait for the celebrity or staff to guide physical contact.

Do not bring gifts or notes — give those at autograph sessions if allowed.
4. Posing Etiquette

Ask for simple, respectful poses. Common requests include smiles, back-to-back, fists up, etc.

Props and signs may be allowed if pre-approved and safe.

Inappropriate or suggestive poses will be denied, and staff may remove you.
5. One Photo Per Ticket

Each ticket = one posed photo. No personal devices (phones/cameras) allowed in the photo area.

Group shots: 2–4 people are allowed per photo op ticket.
6. No Autographs During Photo Ops

Photo ops are for photos only. No signing, personalization, or selfie requests.
7. Secure Personal Belongings

Bags, backpacks, drinks, etc., must be placed in the designated drop-off area before entering.

Staff are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
8. Download and Prints

Your 8x10 print will be ready for pickup immediately following your photo op and is included in the photo op ticket price.

Digital copies of your photo are available for purchase on site for $10 and can be emailed to you immediately following your photo op.
9. Follow Staff Instructions

Staff are there to keep things moving and safe. Listen carefully and follow all directions.
10. Harassment = Removal

Any harassment of talent, staff, or attendees results in immediate ejection without refund and possible ban from future events.
